Newbie

Hi... newbie here. So I'm looking to enter the world of 911 and hoping to buy my first one for somewhere in the low to mid $20K. Am I smoking dope to think that's possible, or if not, what are my options? I know about rear seal and IMS issues, but other than that are there any red flags to look for?

Thanks for the help!
