Inop Trunk, Engine, Glovebox Lights

The trunk, engine, and glovebox lights aren't working in my 96 993 C4.They were at some point but stopped. Dome lights work fine with doors. Voltage check at lights and connectors closest to micro switches shows 5v when switches are closed (lids open), 0v when switches are open (lids closed). Bulbs are all good. I thought I saw a schematic that showed the wiring goes through the Alarm Control Box. Alarm engages with remote and marker lights flash properly (2x). Red alarm LEDs in doors make two quick flashes every few seconds. Is this right? Any advice or insight is appreciated. Thanks.
