Fabspeed Valvetronic Exhaust not operating properly

I have a 991.2 GTS 4 with the following mods. APR Tune ecu and tcu, ipd plenum, AMS Intercooler, EVOM Diverter Valves, APR Throttle Controller. The care has PSE and works under these conditions fine. However, when I added the fabspeed valvetronic exhaust, when in quiet mode the valves do not open at 3500-4000 rpm and this seems to choke the engine. I contacted fabspeed but they didn't reply. I did speak to Joe at Fabspeed through email and he thought it might be a tune issue. But, if the pse operates fine under these conditions why wouldn't the fabspeed? Any help would be appreciated.

Since this post we have heard back from Fabspeed. After performing some joint effort inspections, the results were conclusive, there was a manufacturing defect. Fabspeed has stood behind their product and has informed us that a new exhaust will be shipped out. To be continued...

Like to see a vendor stand behind their products. So many don’t these days.

I agree, standing for principles over pfofit is rare these days.
