Thanks for the kudo's.....we had a lot of fun that day. The 04 Mustang Mach 1 in the pics is my son's car. It's supercharged, among a lot of other things and is making 550 RWH. It's a blast to drive. I told him that he could have been our pace car, but declined in favor of taking a lot of pics....Denny

Dont get me wrong, I like Ford muscle...it just looked way out of place with the hood open along such fine automobiles,

I have a pretty badass Ford truck...but it aint no 911.

You should get your bud with the blue 911S to post up some pics on here.

Flatsix....my son didn't know what to think about your comment about his Mach1....he thought you were putting him down....I told him you were awed by the scene.....he said you should come line up with him with your SC and we would see who smelled the smoke....

I would line up on the track with my SC. But I would rather line up my truck on the straight with his stang. Its only an 03 Reg cab flareside, with a 5.4 and some added help. He of all people should know these trucks are not slow.

Yeah I like Ford muscle...but again I will say.....they sure as hell are not 911's.

You are absolutely right, a stang is not a 911 nor can anyone make enough changes to it to even get close....American muscle, be it car or truck, is just that, even the Z06 is just a muscle car on steroids.
