rauh welt

What is your opinion on there work? Is it too flashly or rather nice. Do they do good engine work? What other good 930 or 964 tuners are there beside RUF, Protomotive and S cargo?

I've never heard of them. That matte black 930 looks pretty badass.

Here's another 930 that they did:

Wow those are great picks. I wish they had more pics of the shop though. That flat black 930 is so badass. I wonder how much that wide body conversion is.

I imagine the cost to send a car to Japan to have the conversion and back and the associated taxes and duties would tack on a hefty premium. I had Vision Motorsports in California build my motor. Great work. If you were going to do a wide body conversion I wouldn't start with a nice car though. I would use an SC or a damaged 930.

I'd just like them to ship the boot lid to me and I'll install it

Better not take any of them near a speed bump...."rauh-welt" actually means "Ahhh-****!" Which is exactly what you say after you've torn the fiberglass front bumper off going into a drive way.

Don't get me wrong..the cars rock...just need the driver actuated hydraulic 40mm lift for the front.

The Japanese sure love Porsche! Great specimens from RAUH-Welt Begriff.

Thanks for posting the links to the pix.

Just fyi, several months back I contacted the supposed North American distributor for Rauh Welt about that 965 front bumper as I wanted to put it on my 3.2 Carrera (though I ended up selling the car). The guy said they did not have plans to start distributing to North America at this time. Sounds like that guy is just here to source parts from America for them there in Japan possibly. Either way, I like how crazy some of their stuff looks.

I stumbled on these guys on accident one day and fell in love with all the cars, apparently the owner doesnt do a lot of car shows and is mainly a track guy, just how i like it. Anyone know who in the us carries the widebody like that in the us?

I think their widebodies are done by hand. Anyone can to them- just need a torch, some steel and some skill
