I need to replace the headlight gasket on my 930. Any ideas on getting the gasket placement correct? Do I need a special tool to guide the gasket in place?Also in terms of getting a brighter,whiter light, what bulb would one replace the stock one with?

I'm not sure about the gasket but I replaced my headlights on 964 with the Euro H4's and they were much brighter and gave me better visibility.

 

HID's will be the best by far, even though the housings are not technically designed for them, they will still be the brightest.
