Modified 930

Hi Guys. Newbie. Apologies to the purists but I have a modified 930 that I would like advice on please. About 8yrs ago I bought an 81 LHD Porsche that had been used as a track car. It had been bored to a 3.4, an additional turbo added, 964 inlet system and GT2 cams. It needed work and over the years I had the engine completely refurbished but kept the changes. Also redid the electrical system and refurbished the shocks. Interior is still stock as well as the 4 speed gearbox. Here’s the dilemma. Some are advising that I return the car to stock due the value and sell it and buy something younger. I’m thinking keeping it but making it more modern and better in terms of the handling and performance. I’m not a mechanic but have people who can help me do the work. Difficult here is SA as not many do this type of thing. Opinions, suggestions. If there is a previous forum discussion regarding this type of thing I’m happy to be redirected.

The extra money you will make will have already been spent on bringing it back to stock. I am in the same boat. Just sell it as is.
