this is a beauty. anybody in DFW know about this car? Is the asking price(51k) fair for a 91 964 turbo with about 40k miles?
it said that the car has been inspected by RUF auto centre.
if you are buying this car out of state, would you take their words for it or would you have it re-inspected?

I would be surprised if anyone hit the buy it now. Let the auction play out and the highest price is what the car is worth. Hopefully the reserve won't be met. If they have done a leakdown test...crucial...and made sure that everything is good...clutch etc, then I would think high 40's. keep in mind that for a little more you can get a perfect one from RPM or a higher mileage 3.6 turbo. I would most certainly trust the guys at RUF on the condition of the car. This ain't no Buick dealership.

 

$51k is way to much for that car. $42-45k is more like it.
