wondering if the 964 4wd system is like the 996 4wd in that you can remove the forward drive shaft and front diff to make it 2wd, or is it a different system altogether... I am in the process of looking for a 964 c2 and they are quite rare and getting rarer and since there are many c4's that are really nice and still more affordable, this would be a great alternative...maybe...
and then this begs the Q...how are the c4's to drive and are these systems troublesome? thanks in advance, I am of the opinion that there are no stupid Q's...mostly, I think I've managed a couple, but gotta ask...

The C4s are very reliable, just find one with the proper maintenance history.
