Whats a good turbo replacement?

I have a 91 964 C2 turbo and experiencing some turbo noise during shut down. I think its time for a new turbo. The car currently comes stock with a K27, what do you guys recommend for better power without to much lag.

How do you like your car? Also, what is milage?

I ask because I am about to buy a 92' Turbo myself.

How quick is this car and what would you compare it to?

blakshukvw is infamous around these parts

K-29. Quicker spool and at least 45-50 more hp.

Where are you located.The reason I ask is there are 2 options.Call the guys at protosport in NJ(east coast) or protomotive in Ca(west coast) They will get you car where you want to be.
