I think this video must be doctored. 0-300km/h in 24 seconds is bollocks.

It also totally differs from this video which to me is more realistic.

 

The video you are referencing is of a pre-production car. That being said, however, I still have a hard time believing a car that takes around 10 seconds to 200 km/h takes only 14 seconds from 200-300 km/h. We need a data log.

 

0-300 km/h is according to a german carmagazine 30,4 sec
0-200 km/h 9.6 sec
0-100 km/h 2.9 sec

Not sure what magazine I saw that in but I think it was the latest Auto Zeitung. It was in a comparison with the GT-R and although they did not put that time in the specsheet, they mentioned it in the article itself somewhere.

Edit: I see the specsheet above is from Auto Zeitung didn't notice it, because it didn't show up (sometimes I hate that IOS app)

Perhaps car in the video is already flashed, has bigger turbos and a new exhaust. Who is the tuner who already has the package? Ha ha ha. :-).

 

Maybe in this video he was running on normal mode,where as in the other video he was on sport plus mode.

 

Normal mode, sports mode, ultimate sports mode or warp mode; 560bhp, 1600+kg, 0-300km/h in 24 secs just ain't gonna happen, me thinks.... ;-).

yes it can , a 997.2 turbo with 550 whp (flash and exhaust) can do 0-300 in 26s , maybe porsche lied about 560 hp it has like 530-550 whp , just like the m5 f10

Also, you are comparing apples to oranges; wheel power to crank power.

So, just to be clear Porsche says 991 turbo S would take 30 seconds and a bit to 300km/h but you say they underestimated their own car by 6 seconds?

Why don't you look up some 0-300km/h car times (their weight and crank power) then come back so we can have a meaningful conversation.

 

Fastestlaps.com compare a 997.2 turbo pdk it does 0-300 in 40s with 500hp but a 997.2 turbo S with only 30hp more does it in 29s ?
Only because you dont live near me or that your are in the other side of the world doesnt mean you have to be ****y , you have to show a little more respect for people you dont know . We are just have regular conversation where anyone can expres its own opinion
