New member, soon to be new Porsche owner
Just joined the forum and I look forward to joining the Porsche owner club in a few months. I have a build slot for a new Turbo S showing completion 1/31. My story is a pretty uncomplicated one, I currently drive a 2002 BMW M3 Cabrio that I bought new some time ago...test drove the 991 S and LOVED it, but figured if I'm going to dive into the Porsche go all the way.
Here's the Turbo S build I configured last week, I'm still awaiting confirmation on my 'wish list' items:
Sapphire Blue Metallic
Leather interior in Black
Sat Heating & Ventilation
Multifunction Steering wheel (I know many people chose the sport, but I wanted the function buttons)
Steering Wheel Heating
Rear Wiper
Adaptive Cruise Control
Window Trim in Aluminum
Luggage net in passenger footwell
Porsche entry and drive
Light Design Package
ParkAssist
Electronic Logbook
Sunroof in Glass
Power Steering Plus
Telephone Module
Cordless Handset
Voice Control
Power Steering Plus
Burmester
Center Console Trim in Leather
Porsche Crest on Headrests
Storage Compartment Lid with Model Logo
Extended Interior package
Door-Sill guards Stainless Steel & Illuminated
Clear Glass Taillights
Interior package painted (Sapphire Blue Metallic)
Pedals and Footrest Aluminum
Air Vents Painted (Sapphire Blue Metallic)

Wish List items:
Tach and other needles (Sapphire Blue Metallic)
Steering wheel deviated stitching (Sapphire Blue Metallic)
Seats deviated stitching (Sapphire Blue Metallic)
Dashboard deviated stitching (Sapphire Blue Metallic)
Upper door and side rear panel deviated stitching (Sapphire Blue Metallic)
Seat belt (Sapphire Blue Metallic)
Hopefully the wish list works...seemed pretty crazy not to have stitching in the exterior car colors.
I thought long and hard about Euro delivery, but given it'll be winter time and the longer wait to get the car I opted to get it the standard route...every day I want it here NOW.

GMG,
Look at TechArt. They make a paddle shifter conversion kit for the MF steering wheel. I did that to my GTS Panamera. It was a really nice extra to have the buttons and paddles.
Only complaint I had was the feel. While the paddles were solid, they weren't as solid as the standard Sport wheel from Porsche. Having said that, it would not prevent me from buying them again.
Here is a pic of what mine looked like.

@Jason- Thanks for sharing! Glad to know that option exists...didn't know about it. Thanks for the pics. I will hit you up for more info if I end up annoyed with the buttons.
