I don't hav a picture but it is a deeper darker silver then the others Porsche offers. They don't charge $3k+ for nothing. Oh wait...

That was the case when comparison of GT-silver was made earlier(07-08) vs the Arctic silver, that is, the paints were close with the GT-color having a bit more gray tone to it. Was even a bit darker overall.
This Rhodium silver is a different shade of gray and may have some blue tint in it. Difficult to tell difference, however, even from photos on the U build ur Porsche website that show Rhodium and GT-painted cars. Also there is a GT-painted classical wheel option, but there again it is difficult to tell the real difference in shade and color even with GT-painted wheels on photo of Rhodium painted car..

Deciding on colors is so difficult especially when someone shows us pictures like this! Amazing looking car. Do you have a sunroof option, how about interior, is it standard black or do you have any stitching options?

GT Silver is one of my favorite colors from Porsche. It has alot of depth which really allows you to see all of the lines and little details on the 911.

Black standard interior, really classy interior I think, big improvement over the 997. It has the metal sunroof, not a fan of the glass one, apart from on a black car.

Why not the Rhodium silver for 0$. Was it the shade/depth of the silver coloring? Cannot not get the two cars in a photo to really tell the difference and $3000 is a lot if not much change. Back in 2007, arctic silver and GT silver were nearly identical.

There is a big difference in the appearance of the colors, but it just may not translate well in a picture. I had a '14 C2S Cab in Rhodium Silver before I got my Turbo. Now, which you like better is a personal choice. GT Silver is a classic silver color. Rhodium is bluish silver, and there is a definite difference in appearance. Best bet is to look at the two colors at a P Dealer.

+1 Don't make this decision without seeing the two in person if you can. Most large porsche dealers will have both colors in stock, at least between all their models.

silver

Hey arun

We met a while back at the track. Il go to the exchange and see what they have. My second choice was your combination. Really looks good. Hope you are enjoying the car.

Looks like Porche is going to get another $3K for buyers wanting to stay with classic Porsche silver.

I have the Turbo-S in GT Silver. It's hard to see the depth of the color through a few photos. The best way I can describe the color is it's a dark silver almost gray in most light environments and a light gray silver under extreme bright light. It's a beautiful color and I don't regret the decision one bit.
