Thanks! Eager for updates as this will be my second mod after the GMG exhaust.

I say F THAT. Race fuel program stage 1 and 2 compared with 93 octane is a NOTICABLE thing. I'd go as far to say 30-40 hp/tq higher... Austin?

I completely agree. I have been trying to be less confrontational since I got sober so I kind of let it go.

At the end of the day, I just wanted to remind the readers that the car Austin was bragging about was not running pump gas or street programming. These are not "everyday" results unless you are as lucky as CPI Guy and can tool on down to the local Sunoco and get 100 at the pump and don't mind paying $6.99/gal for it. Hell, I'd probably pay it if I could find the stuff. I would just drive waaaaaay less often...

I'll keep my mouth shut until the 91 oct numbers come out because regardless of the internet bickering, I believe that the stage 2 will still make a huge difference over stock and for that reason I will buy it anyway.

Sorry, Austin. It smelled funny that you weren't clear about the vehicle configuration at the time of the race. I am still going to buy the product but full disclosure was/is advised.

Let's calrify a couple of things. Race day was the fist time I had run race gas and it cost $10 a gallon and was not easy to find. I would never run it unless I was racing. My seat of the pants read is the race gas didn't feel very different than 91. I get that we have a hard time decerning how fast the TTS is moving. Just saying that the stage 1 tune with my exhaust make a significant difference without race gas. Looking forward to seeing how well stage 2 does as a daily driver. Afterall, I only race twice a year.

He lives in a state that doesn't tax fuel as badly. I believe he has 100 octane on tap and pays about $6 and change and gallon for it. There are places around you that have it at the pump but they're probably $10-11 /gallon. His prices make it much easier to swallow on a more consistent basis.

I wasn't intending to pull the wool over anyone's eyes and should've linked to his thread so that anyone unclear could've seen what the exact specs were. Another thing to recall, the Density Altitude we were running in was ~2000 feet, which dramatically reduces performance over what many drivers will see throughout the year (unless they're in the heat of summer).

I'm confused Austin. PMNewton referenced me when he said I was lucky enough to drive down the street to Sunoco and get race gas for 6.99 a gallon. When you say he lives in a state that doesn't tax fuel as badly, who are you referring to?

I was referring to Jeff Kay, who drives daily on 100 octane. If you can get it for $6.99 that is very lucky in CA. Down where we are, it's 10-11 everywhere.

My mistake. It was another white GIAC tuned 991. I got confused on the name.

Just updated to Stage 2, noticeable difference compared w/ Stage 1. Feels like Stage 1 Race, how much more should I get from the Stage 2 Race, Austin?

Hello, I am new to this forum.
Champion installed Stage 2 Tune with Catless Tubi about 3weeks ago.
I have been running 100 Octane ever since.
The power difference from Stage 1 93 tune to Stage2 100 tune is incredible.
I have tracked the car at Sebring , Palm Beach Raceway , and Homestead today. Running on Michelin SC2s , cup cars are the only ones passing me now!
Enjoying Life, Thx
