Based on those performance results, I noticed that the 997.2 TTS is not that far off/behind the 991 TTS considering it has a 30HP delta vs the newer model.

I know Porsche usually sandbags its power ratings and often performance data, but I always felt that the 997.2 TTS was rated a liltte on the conservative side. And although the delta between the two models do not seem that huge, I have seen the new 991 TTS run consistent 10's in the 1/4 mile whereas the 997.2 TTS needed to have all the stars lined correctly to achieve back to back 10's.

Anyone sees or feel the same way?

Thanks!

Fascinating lateral G force values. Confirms that the TT and TTS are track weapons after all, and not just on long straights.

I have run back to back 10.9s in a poor DA with my 991 TTS.

I had a friendly rolling start short run against a 997.2TTS in my 991TT (SC) and was/remained ahead by a car length and crawling further forward. I'm sure the 991TTS would fare even better!

I wish I was more competent with the metric system. It is no fun having to use my conversion app for each measure.

Will do. I haven't worn my racing helmet since I walked outside during Sandy to tie down some chairs that had come untied.
