Did you opt out of the CL wheels? Personally they are very nice but not a DIY wheel.

Nice color combo.

My car has the 5 lug Turbo wheels and not the Turbo S center lock wheels.

I did not custom order the car. I bought it from dealer stock.

The car and color combo are excellent, love the "redguts"! Are you already signed up for GR? I did it 2 years ago and am thinking of signing up for 2015 again, it was hands down one of the best weeks of my life.

My car should be back from the tuner next week, we need to gather all the turbos in the area and do a Bear Mountain day

Yes Redguts and I are signed up for the entire Gokdrush Rally this year -- all 9 days of it. Can't wait. 911 Turbos were not well represented on it last year. Would love for you to come.

Who are you using to tune and what mods are you getting?

A mountain run would be great. I am very partial to the combination of Pennsylvania State Route 125 and Goldmine road in central Pa as the roads are unmatched within 4 hours drive of NY and the roads are very empty both of cars and LEOs. Bear Mountain is so ticket heavy.

If you want to set something up PM me. AMG of the Northeast is doing a huge Pa 125 rally the weekend after GR. Last year over 100 cars attended. Lots of Porsches among them.

I remember a rumor about ICs in the works too. That's something I would be very interested out here in the desert southwest and also as a pre-mod for any future turbo upgrades.

Thanks,

Thanks Patrick. They're actually the same diverters that we use on the 996TT and the 997.2TT...Porsche hasn't changed them. I have them in stock. Keep in mind you'll need 2...

Tom, I ordered the IPD plenum. What is the purpose of the race diverters? And do they impact daily driveability? I will be running the GIAC flash optimized for the exhaust and the plenum.

Did you order the plenum from us? Just checking because I didn't see an order come through today...

As for the diverters...they're more of a preventative type modification, rather then something that adds power. The purpose of the diverters is to recirculated excess boost pressure back into the system, helping reduce spool time and lag. The factory diverters piston movement is controlled by a rubber diaphragm which can weaken or tear over time causing leaks. Our Forge diverters use a metal springs to control the movement of the piston so they'll provide much more reliable and longer performance. They're the type of part that you never notice is there until it goes bad lol. If you're tuned, it's worth it to get them now and save yourself headaches down the road.

Based on my research I added the diverter valves and the BMC air filter.

Almost certainly will do the intercoolers when they come out. Hopefully that will be soon.

I have no intention of doing a turbo upgrade so that will be it as far as performance upgrades go.

Thinking very hard about the KW HLS system as my driveway has an angle. Will probably get the car first and see if it needs it.

Taking delivery tomorrow but will probably not get the car until mid-January after it undergoes appearance and performance modifications.
