Another ProtoTech 991 Turbo S

Hello 6speed ,

Just thought we would share yet another 991 Turbo S that came in for our performance package !In addition to our custom in house fabricated exhaust and headers for this car , we also worked with our partner , Todd K. of Protomotive to develop a custom E.C.U performance program for this car as well ! Our performance package for the 991 Turbo S includes :

-ProtoTech Custom fabricated equal length / long tube headers.

-ProtoTech Custom fabricated cat-less x-pipe exhaust.

-ProtoTech / Protomotive custom E.C.U programming.

With just these minor changes , we were able to make a considerable amount and HP and TQ out of the car. We cannot wait to delve into this platform more in the near future and do more extensive modifications !

All testing on these cars was done using the Insoric Dyno , which is a handy little unit available from F.V.D in pompano beach , FL. We are amazed at how accurate it is when put up against other types of dynos , such as a drive on mustang unit or dyno jet. Unlike a standard drive on dyno , this unit simply attaches to the cars wheel center cap , and takes thousands upon thousands of readings per second and gives real world results as you are driving the car on an actual road , and youre also getting an accurate amount of air flowing past the intercoolers , etc. Attached is a picture of our dyno graph for this car , we are very proud of the results we are getting from these cars with such minor changes ! Thanks for looking ! any questions about our performance package for the 991 turbo please feel free to PM or shoot and email to proto954@aol.com.

Exhaust looks really nice. Any sound clips?

Curious…why header wrap?

Yes we have sound clips , they will be up today ! We used header wrap just because of where the oil pan is on these engines , just to have that added piece of mind that things aren't getting warm down there because of the headers .
