I was out and just parked my turbo s. As I'm walking away I notice that the front spoiler(that inflates) has separated from whatever "backing" it has. Incase you're wondering, I never scrapped/bumped the front spoiler. I'll try to snap a pic or two tonight or later. I remember another user had a similar issue. Hopefully this isn't a defect in the design for all turbos/turbo s. I'll keep everyone up to date on the fix.
Was probably me!
I had the same problem last fall where my front splitter.... split.
There was evidence of a minor rub but nothing that IMO should have caused this. At first they tried to re-glue and screw it together but it wouldn't hold. In the end my dealer replaced it as a good will gesture. The part was ~$4500.00...
I paid the 2 or 3 hours labour.
If you have no evidence of scrapes or rubs, I'd suggest it should be 100% warranty. In my case there was evidence of a minor rub, so I was OK paying labour.

Yeah no marks or scratches but it looks exactly the same as your pic. Really just sucks. That's what a warranty is for though, so it could be worse. I wonder if any others have experienced this..
Just wanted to give an update. Car was just dropped off and after the dealer/service manager put the car on a lift, inspected it looking for damage then didn't find any( I knew I never hit anything so I was 100% sure but understand why they had to check), they said they would replace the part under warranty. They took some pictures to submit to Porsche of NA. They said it was the first time they have seen the spoiler split without being damaged by the driver. So besides replacing that piece, I also had a defective tail light( the light itself worked fine but the plastic had multiple defects in it), and that's it. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and I'll have my car back later in the day tomorrow. Miss it already lol My dealer has always been great so I'm sure everything will be perfect again!
This thing is a major headache and stupid to boot. I had mine destroyed by running over road debris and having my car leave the road and come back down nose down. Interestingly the only thing obviously damaged was the front lip but underneath it was a mess. Just got it back today and it's like new bu the total bill was $34,000 of which I paid my $750 deductible. Hate to think what's going to happen to my insurance premium as a result.
Got my car back with the new front spoiler all covered under warranty. Why it was at the dealer they also replaced a defective rear taillight(had a defect in the molding from day 1), completed a open campaign regarding tightening clamps/something to do with the throttle body, and it was due for its yearly oil change. Can't believe it's been a year already! Car was in the shop for two days for the work.
From the first time I saw this feature I thought to myself "how onearth are they going to make that reliable?". I foresee this becoming avery common issue in the years to come.
