MC11, I notice that you have your air intakes in white. Can you tell me a little about how that came to be? I am interested as I have the same color as you, White with glass roof, and believe that white would make the intakes look better.

My Porsche dealer get the order from me, before I get the car, to paint all plastik parts and the rims in glack gloss and the intakes and exhaust plastic covers in white. The roof is foiled in black gloss with flowing transition to the A and C pillars.

I was going to but instead did a DIY plastiDip job. Cost $75, took three hours, and turned out great. Didn't even take the wheels off the car. Highly recommend!!

That looks fantastic! Plus it's removable? Let us know how it wears with time.

Removing plastidip from wheels can be a nightmare, especially wheels with a lot of crevices. Using some solvent, like goo-gone will make the job a little easier.

Got that right. Also off the tires if you don't apply it heavy enough. That said, you did a great job. Recommend you leave it on and trade the car in that way
