Hi All,

I was driving between sport and normal mode on freeway cruising around 80mph
And i saw my rear spoiler was up, and I was at the normal mode.
How can that be? I did not use sport plus at all and I did not touch the spoiler button.
Does the car has sensors and the spoilers are adaptive?

 

Thought I read, the spoiler raises over 75 mph, no matter which mode the car is in. It should have retracted under ~ that speed.

 

Not really, sometimes i was over 90, the spoiler still down.
super weird.

 

Alright so here's the deal as far as I can tell...

Manual extended mode - spoilers are extended even at a stop

Sport plus mode - I believe they go up and down above and below the 15 mph mark

When the sun roof is open - Over 75 mph the spoilers come out if you weren't in one of the above modes already. The cool part is if you already had it manually extended or are in sport plus when this happens, the spoiler goes up another 2 inches or so, sometimes I drive behind my car when my brother is driving my turbo and it looks bad *** like this. Once you go under 50 mph the spoiler goes back to the height it was at before you hit 75.

I also read somewhere that over 155 mph the tail of the spoiler angles up even more aggressively but I'm never looking in the rear view when this happens
