anyone considered shift lever from GT3 in turbo?
me too, but evidently the "normal" way is reverse.
There are many variations of a sequential gearbox...
My bikes are all 1 down - then one up for neutral, and then 5 up. And the only reason for 1 down is so that you don't accidentally go there while downshifting and get tossed off the bike altogether...LOL
Which sequential gearbox are you referring to? I find it quite natural that pushing forward goes to higher gears and pulling backwards goes to lower gears, exactly the way center-console based auto transmission gear levers have worked for decades.
Manual gearboxes use H patterns, so I find no similarities there...
I suppose one can make an argument for the reverse, but this is the way auto transmission levers have worked forever...just sayin'...

The steering wheel and the bigger PCM screen are nice upgrades from the 991.1.
