Picked up a Z07
So the empty spot in my garage finally got to me. I picked up a 2016 Corvette Z06 with Z07 package on Friday. Shark Gray over Kalahari (tan) interior. I have barely driven the car, so it is not fair for me to try to make any comparisons yet. I am waiting for my radar install (tomorrow) and for my set of winter wheels/tires to go on (hopefully Saturday) for me to actually floor the throttle at speeds under 70 mph.
I can tell you that I crapped my pants driving it home from Atlantic City. The 335 Pilot Sport Cup 2 rears do NOT like 50 degree temps. Car is downright dangerous to drive in the cold on those tires.

Thanks, guys. Will give you my honest assessment soon. I'm pretty objective when it comes to cars.

I have a 1280 HP '08 Z...which I am selling and will get that exact car/ color you have chosen, to replace my '08. Z06's are beasts and like 991 TT/S's, make a superb DD! Best bang for the buck out there today!! I have had lots of Vettes and they just keep getting way better each generation...

I was able to drive a Corvette Z06 and a GT3 on the same track a few months ago. The GT3 was sublime and smooth and the Vette was a beast but much better than the prior generation. Both were a lot of fun. The Vette was impressive!
