It sure is far. I remember when it was a drag to drive to Buttonwillow road course. I don't know if it's even half way LOL. I am deep-fried and toasted. Getting some gas. The By Design/Cobb/IPD guys are very happy. We met our goals and I think we got the job done today with the fastest 991 turbos. I think our cars had the fastest DFI car (991TT & 997.2TT) MPH of the day solidly in all stages. Congratulations Turbo Mike and Nigel. Although we met our personal goals it was quite nice to perform like that after all the drama and... Well, low blows.
It was really cool hanging out with everybody and we all got along great. What a nice day I'm so glad I went. Congratulations to everyone else for enjoying their cars and being safe.

Sorry we missed you today. Mark will be there. he is a super cool guy. Have fun and be safe!
Shifter, from a dig. The 2 EVOMS cars were flying. Anthony and Todd belted out several 202/203 mph runs. I was talking to some Ford GT guys and they were discussing how almost all of their crew was 10mph slower today (for their 150 to 180 mph cars). That at this venue the air and conditions where not optimal and much poorer than other times.

Congrats to the ByDesign/Cobb team on their Stage 3 win with Nigel's car!!
Post the time slips (like Gidi does--see pic) and videos. Looked at a 4 mph trap speed win over the GIAC Stage 2+ car from the picture posted in the other thread in one race although my understanding is they raced more than once.
We will have 1/2 mile airport roll racing in NY next summer (thanks to Slipstream Racing Events) for the first time ever. Until then it appears that the Cobb/ByDesign Stage 3 car is the king. I expect RedGutz will be coming with some more tricks under her belt by then LOL.

No videos, but me and Nigel raced 3 times,, first race Nigel screwed up start, I won but he out trapped me by 2mph. Second race, Nigel won I screwed up on start but he trapped the 164. Third race from a 40mph roll Nigel waited for me to hit it, I think he might of won but we were really close. We both trapped 157 his trap was .2 faster than me. We all had a lot of fun Nigel's car was faster than mine with the higher trap speed. I am stage 2+ with only a catless exhaust. His set up works really well. Off to try to better my times today

Glad it's represented and received properly. Cheers
today is definitely family catch-up time. I'm pretty sure Nigel has a lots of great videos. From each and every run showing the strength of the package. He will post
