There are A few in the works. As soon as we get everything sorted Nigel is gunning for the 918 in the 1/2 mile as a cool goal. Who knows what will happen but I have a pretty good feeling it's going to be in that area or better.

I agree, based on seat time the car kept picking up and adapting to the added Octane. Unfortunately time was running out. I'm not sure I had a second day in me as well. haha

You mean the first run? You didn't make it in the video as it was a blooper. I launched in reverse. Lol thats all i have of our runs. Ill post of you want.

FYI, I just did that same thing against the 650s Mclaren he stopped we went again and I got him by 8 cars easy. I don't care about the blooper, post the roll race I'd like to see that one

I had a similar launch issue at Atco. I think the GIAC stage 2 plus tune is really ideal for people running at a prepped drag strip running drag radials or slicks as it seems to launch in full power. What tires were you running?

Nigel has one. He felt bad and let out because it was Armik's son Steven. He murdered that car also. That's one thing you can look for in any videos. So as its own separate observation, regardless of the start one car will out motor the other

Scott, I had Dunlops max race, they are R compounds, they get sticky as hell at Laguna seca when I get heat in them. I could not get them hot, so they were worse than my stock P zeros. I actually lifted on 2 runs because I was so out of shape when I launched.

Oy. Those are about the most extreme r compound tires you can get with an 80 treadwear rating. Maybe try a no traction control burnout before launching. That worked well for us all at Atco. If they were hot your launches would have been great

I am thinking about Pilot Sport Cup 2s for next driving season.

What really happened?

Gotta tell you, guys... not having been there I was hoping to hear an honest evaluation of what occurred. So far, I'm having a hard time delineating between what really happened and what actually happened!

Lets have some fun and enjoy the fact that we ALL like driving these cars as fast as we can.

They stick like glue when there hot. When there is no heat in them they are horrible. I can't hardly get em to spin at the road course track when the get up to temperature.
