I run 335/35/20 rears and 255/30/20 fronts on Techarts with ADV1 Track Spec 5 wheels, which have slightly more aggressive offsets over stock.
No rubbing at all anywhere, but I just have to be careful with the front spoiler.
The ride is marginally more firm than stock rubber/ wheels/ springs, but so marginal, it's almost imperceptible.
