He got a better number out of my car than I did. But I do outweigh him by a lot. Guess I have downed too many McGriddles

Agreed, some fine tuning of your boost pressure at launch, which only the Cobb Accessport can do, with or without slicks would definitely increase your 60' times. We will be in the NYC and Baltimore area visiting dealers next week if you'd like a personal demonstration of how this works.

You'll actually be pretty near to SDG where you guys are going. He should def take you up on that.
Instead of repeating how sh*tty of a time he is having launching his car, maybe he can do something about it

JMorgan was running factory LC settings because he was able to launch well doing so. There was no need to adjust but it's nice to know he could have if he wanted. I know because I loaded the tune and looked over the logs


Are you sure you are running factory boost pressure at launch? I honestly don't know the answer but you may have boost dialed up on your current tune, which is causing you wheelspin.

Sdg really wants to change from GIAC to Cobb but he doesn't want to admit it yet

I am calling it right now that by June 2016 he will have a Cobb tuner.

I am quite happy with my GIAC Stage 2+ tune. OEM smoothness (I DD the car sometimes) and the Champion warranty are very important to me.

But definitely would need Mickeys to have the best launch due to all the power at launch. I am sure I could get the launch tweaked if I want to.

Based on the launch I am guessing that the boost is dialed up and optimized for drag radial level grip

Scott, we will be here if you ever have any questions about switching or the exclusive features only the Cobb Accessport can offer(Logging, adjustable launch control, Vast network of ProTuners providing custom calibrations, etc...)

That goes for everyone else as well. Cobb has and will always offer a 30day return policy on all of our products.
