Does Cobb have any time slips to show that the adjustable launch control actually translates into better 60' times?

You guys should do a vid showing serial runs with adjustment to LC and resultant changes in 60' times.

 

It works. During our Atco day, John Morgan's Cobb stage 2 tuned car with stock Intercoolers, which was less powerful than my GIAC Stage 2+ tuned/Champion intercoolers car, posted the best 60 foot time of the day which was in the 1.4s. Mine was only in the 1.5s. John's car consistently managed to hook up better than mine off the line. I had a few good launches but they were largely in the warmer afternoon temps. John's car was hooking up even in the cooler morning and even with the less grippy P Zeros while mine had the grippier Pilot Super Sports.

No question that limiting the boost at takeoff on launch control led to faster 60 foot times with street tires. His car was launching at stock boost levels and then going up. Mine was launching at elevated boost and spinning wheels. It would have been perfect if I had a set of Mickey Thompsons on but not so with street tires which were overwhelmed by the power at launch

 

So is this a downloadable update? I used accessport manager to look for updates and it says my firmware is the latest.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, my understanding is that this functionality is available to pro tuners not end users of the ap.
