turbo 991 spoiler loss ( adjust speed ) PROBLEM

hello guys , i have the 991 turbo s 2014 and i always keep both spoilers open , even in sport mode or sport plus , i never close them.
suddenley when i was accelerating above 130 km/w , ( spoiler loss message came ) and both spoilers closed at the same time , i do not know why , also the spoiler button was not blinking and even not working.
i did reset to the fault memory , it was showing fault only ( nothing actual )
then the spoiler worked as well again , i tested by opening and closing many times , everything was fine , accelerating again above 160 km/h , it was working,,
that was yesterday , now the spoilers not working again due to acceleration above 130 km/h ,,
can you please help me guys solving this problem?

there is many posts about software update , some guys mentioned that dealer changed complete system on their cars.
but my system was working after reset ( thats why i am asking )

****** update ( problem solved by Porsche specialist ) it needed codeing , calibration by PIWIS system and also software update , front spoiler changed and the car became perfect.

I had the same problem, they were a few Porsche campaigns, software upgrades etc. Eventually they replaced every part of front spoiler. It turns out that the air bladder in front spoiler developed a leak. Porsche of Huntington NY did work.

I believe this is a common issue for a lot of cars, I have atleast 3 friends I know that faced the same issue, I suggest going to the dealer with it. They should have an idea as I'm pretty sure they received some form of bulletin about it. or had dealt with the same issue before.

thanks hamad for the post , but the problem is that my car is not under warranty anymore , thats why dealer will cost 2 much if they replaced the whole system.

I had a damaged front spoiler air bladder as well that caused this error.

$6500 part but thankfully the dealer had to pay since it was damaged before I got the car.

how is it not under warranty anymore?

you can't have bought a 991 that's not still under the factory warranty.

Could have bought or imported to a region where the warranty is not valid where is lives

in my country if you add aftermarcket body kit , do paint job outside dealer garage , add performance parts , those things leads to block the car from warranty , and i only added performance parts thats why i do not have warranty.
