Power brakes use vacuum from the engine to boost the effort of you pressing on the pedal. G294 measures the vacuum available to the brake booster. The error you're getting usually points to a vacuum leak.
I have done 2 damaged lines that were at each side of the car not touched the middle part which i heard is the most problematic part. When we done smoke test it doesnt come from middle part but maybe the part of lines that goes to the gearbox. And the pump every time i step on pedal it start working. Not sure if pump is the problem or lines that goes to the gearbox.

There is no doubt that there is a large vacume leak. Where it is difficult to diagnose here. The pump and sensor are symptoms of the leak. There is a possibility that the brake booster is leaking internally. Assuming the smoke test was done correctly then smoke the booster...not sure how.
What stands out is the engine stalling while braking. That's a big leak. This issue to my knowledge is possibility a first on this forum. As to the vacuum pump cycling it's trying to compensate for the vacuum leak.
The solution may lead to engine out and replacement of the lines with metal. Since the lines show deterioration they are failing or soon to fail.
