Looking forward to hanging out with my brother Mark again next weekend at a private 1/4 mile drag event at Famoso - although rain is predicted
With both cars switching to rear MT's, I'm sure it will be closer than our Sunday Shift Sector race:

Wow.. Your 997 is mental..! Sorry if I missed this but are both running stock turbos? Are 997 turbos bigger that 991 turbos? Curious why the 991 can't get 600 whp to match when both running stage 2 tune?
What's 0-60 on these beasts?

Mine was getting out of the hole quick. At the same event I beat the Porsche 918 up to around 100-110 mph until the 918 started running away.
My 0-60’s on the street (with Toyo R888s) are generally 2.5 to 2.6 second range on the vBox but I have quicker numbers on the drag strip. 0-100 mph times are mid-5’s. At this Shift Sector event I was doing 0-60’s in 2.7 to 2.8 and 0-100mph in high 5’s. It’s harder to launch at Shift Sector since there is a lot of rocks, sand and debris on the launch pad, not to mention painted surfaces to guide the planes for landings.
