Longboarder Joins the Family

Thx, I would like to keep the 997 for track/airstrip/dragstrip and just daily this one but who knows. I change my mind all the time I have issues lol.
Thx and yes agreed the chassis is outstanding. Drove it through the canyons back home from the dealer yesterday. But I will absolutely not track this car...at least not with the PCCB's. I'm going to swap out the PCCB's on my 997 for brembo steel rotors.
Thanks

Awesome, Yeah breaking stuff goes with the territory sometimes in racing.
However, I can tell you the 991 platform although relatively new has Zero known issues of drivetrain or engine component failure.
We were extremely successful in hot lapping without issue at RL. Played around with several launch boost pressures and couldn't hook for S@$%! My traps were as high as 138 mph but still overpowered the track and couldn't get it sorted in time.
You will absolutely love the PDK improvement over the last generation. Everything from the exhaust note to lightning quick gear change while under load you'll find sexy and intoxicating.
Yeah E85 may be the grail we need but to be honest the upcoming Hybrid may appeal enough for me to move to the next platform. It will be a 12 to 18 month footrace. I'm pretty content for now.
Looking forward to Shift sector in Feb. We've made a few improvements and plan to see 168-170 mph. Throw a tune on that thing and let's have some fun!

Ryan G needs to come out with Syvecs for the 997.2 and 991 Turbos to support 12 injectors. DI tuning is far away but adding fuel from secondary injectors should be doable.
Also I'm sure the 991 PDK differences vs 997.2 is just software.
What's up Anthony! I've joined the darkside.

I hear Vegas bookies are already taking the over/under on this one...

I give it a few weeks before at a minimum:
1. Champion intercoolers
2. GIAC Stage 2+
3. Some sort of high flow catted exhaust (as I don't think Longboarder goes catless).
Within three months:
1. Aquamist water meth injection
2. Champion Motorsports turbo upgrade.

Is that the one they do in Palos Verdes? From the pics they take I wanted to go to that one for a while to look at the old air cooled turbos that show up. I really want one however think ill wait for the next economic crash. Can you shoot me a link to the meet spot? Thx.
