In CA almost nothing will if it is aftermarket as they instituted a "look test" and if the exhaust is modified at all it will not pass. We are pretty f'd up here. You can leave the stock cats and just add a slip-on and "technically" it is suposed to fail.

The Akra slip-on is CARB compliant so shouldn't have any issues there
