You'll need 255/35/20 front and 325/25/21 rear to keep you with in correct rolling aspect ratio and will look goofy with bigger side wall tires on front .

what about bbs fi-r 9.5 up front on a turbo s 991 with a 265x35x20 MPSC2?

Currently running gt3 offset fi-r, but have an opportunity to swap for the 9.5 wheel. thanks for your input

hello, i just saw your post and I have the same problem you.
I mounted gt3 wheels on a 991 turbo s and I'm a bit worried
because I'm not confident of mounting.
the back wheels are missing and nobody is able to tell me if that's ok.
have you mounted the wheels gt3 on your car?

I think that the only way you're going to know for sure is to mount a set - its just too close to call.

The GT3Rs wheel is 9.5" wide with the same off set as the 9" stock TTS wheel. This means that it its 1/2 wider than the stock version. Given its the same offset, it distributes the increase in size by moving the wheel 5mm close to the strut tower and 7mm outward at the fender. My take is that looking at it from the outside it will fit perfectly. The 5.3mm movement towards the strut tower is tight. It may not work - its just that close.

Hope that this helps...

I have it mounted. GT3 wheels fit perfectly. GT3RS wheels should work but not with the tires that they normally recommend. They wont fit with the TTS configuration.

Here are a couple of pics to show fit - car is lowered on H&Rs:
