Thank you. I'm surprised too, hopefully after breaking in it will sound different. Right it sounds like a v8 and excessive whining.

My 991 base with oem sport exhaust sounded better.

It sounds good from the outside but no character from the inside, too isolated and turbos don't help.

I had a 991 Turbo S and now have this Huracan... stock vs stock the H is faster to the quarter but doesn't launch as well. I know anyone can mod the Turbo S rather easily to get to those levels and beyond but as the OP mentioned, the H is a special feeling car. There is always something faster out there but the Huracan really brought Lambo up a few levels vs the Gallardo IMHO. I have an aftermarket exhaust from O'Gara Racing and its extremely loud and aggressive. The pops and backfires and burbles are intense; I don't think the OEM Race exhaust is all too aggressive unfortunately. The V10 is a special engine and I'm glad I have it.

I wish the car had mag suspension as it rides pretty rough. But overall very happy and she's now with the installer for some minor cosmetic mods.

Yeah I'm glad I have that on mine--- those dampeners are incredible as they are on my R8, GTS, and on my 2 previous Ferrari's....

You will enjoy this ride very much. If you consider, the Novitec suspension is excellent. I dropped mine with it and it sits just right and feels so planted.

Beautiful car, congrats!
Has the magnetic ride been updated for these cars? I know they were a couple of issues related to failure on the R8's.

outofmoney is infamous around these parts
I am in the same situation in that I am trying to decide on a new TTS, vs NSX, vs California, vs McLaren 570S. All are great cars. Previous cars were GTR, C4S, TTS, Ferrari 612. I guess Porsche has had quite a long time to make these cars rock solid. McLaren is a bit of a virgin at this business. Every time I leave the Porsche family I end up coming back.
Cheers

Awesome looking car Congratulations. VF engineering makes a supercharger kit. It just ran 168 in the 1/2 mile!! Slap one of those puppies on it.

The Huracan is at another level...in many ways.

I loved my P-cars having owned a '09 Cayenne TTS, '07 CS4, '11 997.2TTS and now a '16 991.1TTS...my old 2007 E-Gear Gallardo was special over the other P-cars except for the 991TTS. However, I'll take a new Huracan over the '16TTS and not look back.

Now you know why my forum name is E-Gear...dates back when I had the Gallardo; I do like the PDK trans much better though.

Thanks,
E-Gear

What a stunner! I drove one when looking for my TTS...and it's impressive indeed, not to mention serious eye candy! I'd have bought it too, but wanted a DD with all the creature comforts.

And FWIW, I think the Huracan sounds fantastic! 10X better than any TT/S setup.
