on a 991.2 turbo/s?
i didn't much care for it on the .1 but I'm to understand that was an issue with the no cats and how the ECU was dumping the fuel and it just sounded way to poppy and gurgly on de cel and time and time and time again just the same burp burp burp pop pop pop

I drove in 1 with the tubi race and it sounded nice but i was more excited about the decision i made at that time to get the .2

please chime in.. I Do seem to like the note from the outside on the tubi race and it sounded 20%- 25% less popping and more appropriately aggressive.

Stef did say that on the .2 the Europipe would be a tad bit more quiet than it was on the .1 and its time to get a little more aggressive but if I'm going to get all that popping, ill need to explore other options

 

I have catless Tubi Race exhaust on my 991.1 TTS.
I actually like the sound and the popping gurgling sound is only prevalent in Sport +.
But if I had to do it again I would only buy an Akarpovik exhaust. Expensive yes!

 

I have the impression that the popping sound on a .2 in sport + is a little quieter compared to a .1 in sport +.
Not sure what is does on a catless exhaust though.

 

I have also heard the .2 aftermarket exhaust note, when it comes to the popping/burping, is quieter than the .1's. I don't know how much quieter on a catless setup it could be. You will definitely have a lot of "noises"without cats though. I can't see any catless exhaust being considered quiet or getting rid of the popping/etc. Will be interested in hearing more feedback from the .2 guys as more get exhaust setups.

 

I am at Champion picking up my 991.2 and listened to their 991.2 TS with the tubi race exhaust. Sounded incredible.

 

With my Europipe with 100cel cats, the popping and gurgling is evident in Sport mode too.
