How about CEL suppression without a tune?
We've been running ours cat-less with a Tubi Race exhaust for 2k miles and no CEL....yet (fingers crossed!)

But you've gotta assume that with no cats there's always a risk of it coming on at some point.

+1 with Tom. If the exhaust has a provision for the secondary since her…And it's being used off-road of course or in a state that has no emission law …you can get away with no CEL just like on the .1 cars. Testing is going on now but Porsche always has limits set in. An exhaust system would not hurt your car but it's true potential would have to be manipulated in the computer. I know if you guys running around with exhaust systems and the cars are doing great. Even though the point to seems to sound better out of the box due to the changes made these cars really need an exhaust to be heard

I heard it when I was there. Sounded amazing but man was it loud. I just assumed GIAC turned off the rear o2 sensors for the cel or you were using spacers for the o2 sensors. I knew it didn't have a tune though.

Sorry I missed you when I was there but my plane arrived late and I spent the afternoon on the delivery and waiting out the rain. Next time.

Has GIAC given you an ETA? They have been MIA on the boards, I've been wondering if they have a big announcement coming soon.

Thanks for the update Sam. Its a good thing cars feel so much faster when they sound better while people wait for tunes.
Have any of your guys run them (991.2) at the track or against other cars yet?

No tune on our car yet. We just have the secondary o2 sensors spaced out to our own special secret distance.

Working on a lot of stuff with GIAC right now for all the 991.2 models, so we should see big updates soon, but no firm ETA at the moment.

Cool, the car sounds exotic with the Tubi race exhaust. I love the rear wing too. I like it better than the aero kit. The whole car looked nasty with the springs/wheels/wing. Loved it.

I'm glad the 991.2 TS is so good out of the box that I'm not jonesing to mod it yet. But since past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior, that will change sooner than later.
