Tire size? Upgrade

I have stock centerlocks and stock ride height.

I live in NY and with less than ideal roads, I made decision to stay at stock ride height. Wheel gap is huge, can I fill it with tire profile as well as go wider without rubbing.

Anyone change tires and go bigger on stock wheels?
