Sold the Turbo, Bought a GT3
Thanks for the info Tom. These are the things I need to look into before I pull the trigger

But seriously, the engines require full rebuilds after a certain amount of hours (70 or 75 I think), transmissions as well....so a cup car can become a VERY expensive toy.

Well,
Didn't keep her long. Didn't drive the car much. Kept longing for a GT3, got a buyer for mine quick and it sucked that the deal wasn't a trade or in the same state, have to pay taxes again but bought me a white GT3 today. Waiting on shipping. Will post details soon.
Can't wait to play with the new beast.
Had a lot of good time on this section, everyone had great things to contribute. Will keep watching guys ðŸ˜

Are you trading with him pretty much?
I got the whole car wrapped. They finished it today but will let them clean it up and have the film cure then will pick up Friday since its been raining like crazy here and got a procedure tomorrow.
Very nice!
Turning out to be a bit of trouble to trade with my buddy.
There's another one locally at a dealer and they also what to trade...but don't know what it will cost me.
White with carbon buckets, red stitching, red guages, red seat belts, red calipers (steels), fire ext, Porsche track app. So perfectly spec'd.

have you put some Trofeo R's or some cup II tires on your 991 and taking it to the track?
Almost ready for pickup. Final touches on the film.
Such great guys at XPEL, the tech didn't like one of the largest pieces he put on there so he re-did it without me saying a word...
Took a pic of the underneath, super clean vehicle.

No never tracked the 991 TTS. Hell I don't even drive it
. Still has 2,800 miles on it. Maybe I should mod it up and I will feel differently about it.
FWIW, I vote you keep the 997.2 TT and get the 991 GT3! best of both worlds. My next is a gt3 for sure.
