AIM2WIN Tour was in Ocala Florida at the WannaGoFast 1/2 Mile this weekend and I am proud to say that AIM Porsches not only dominated other Porsches, but were some of the fastest cars at the event. We brought a total of 6 cars, 3 of them having record aspirations. All cars were tuned by the best Porsche ECU tuner Emre @ ESMotor on either Syvecs, COBB or stock ecu.
Goals for the event were:
1) Set 991 Turbo 1/2 Mile World Record with Dave's 1100HP black 991 TTS
2) Defend fastest stock motor 991 Turbo record with Igor's white 991TTS
3) Reclaim the 6 Speed Manual Porsche record with Joe's silver 1400hp 997TT
We did just that!
DA was a rough +2000 but it applied to everyone so we made it work.
Dave's 991 Turbo with ES1100 kit broke the 200MPH barrier and set a new 991TT 1/2 Mile World record at 202.8 MPH GPS verified on VBOX and DRAGY as well as event timing. Igor's white 991 stayed ahead of all the stock motor competition by a few MPH all weekend with a best of 182 MPH. Finally Joes silver 997 crushed the previous manual record by over 5 MPH with a 210.8 MPH VBOX verified, making it the fastest Porsche at the event. We had 4 out of the top 5 fastest Porsches at this event, with Topspeed having the other 1 running an impressive for these conditions 197 MPH.
The official results are out and we are super excited, we won 3 overall 1st place class trophies.
-Fastest overall exotic/import class( Joe's 997 )
-Fastest manual class ( Joe's 997 )
-Fastest AWD class ( Dave's 991)
Joes car missed winning the whole event by 1mph to Vengeance TT Viper race car and it had 100whp left on tap, rain ended the day so another time !

VBOX GPS 1/2 Mile log 60-130 in 3.7 on this run even though this car has gone as fast as 3.5 Solid 3.3 100-150 here, best we have seen out of it is 3.2 Dave proudly displaying his 200MPH shirt Dragy log
Igor's white ES850 991 that currently holds the 991 1/4 Stock Motor Record, no pushing to the starting line, no pouring water on intercoolers. 182 MPH GPS

I believe if I zoom out a little, what you have presented today is so awesome of a mix. Builds on DFI and Metzger, plus bolt on stock engine, stock PDK, stuck fuel system and full weight record too... Which is very interesting as it's also reversible for whoever wishes for that route, yet it's running much better than other's stageX cars... Definitely exciting.
