2016 Taillights Fit 2015?

In looking at pictures, I prefer the little indentation on the 2016 over mine on the 2015. Does anyone know if you can swap those out? It seems like you probably can, but wondering if anyone did it.

It sounds like you want to put 991.2 tail lights into a 991.1 car. I have't personally tried this, but I don't think they will fit. Porsche has historically made enough tweaks in the mid-cycle updates that swaps like this are difficult.

Smoltz is infamous around these parts
991.2 tails don't fit 991.1, bumper is different.

2016 was still the 991.1. Don't believe they updated anything between years.

2016 lights will fit 2015 because they are both 991.1 and they are the same lights
2017 lights wont fit on 2016 - like said above, bumper is different, so you will have to swap the rear bumper
