I say this as a guy with plenty of mods, most of which I'm still a fan of, some of which I wouldn't do again, and a couple that have given me issues -- this video really reminds me what we give up when we take out OEM parts to go aftermarket.

Good point...very interesting take on what you got out of the video and something to think about. No mods that I wouldn't do again, but then again nothing extreme. The biggest ones are the SharkWerks Center Bypass and just completed my SSK install (OEM unit, not aftermarket).

But you have to be impressed with the effort and detail on every aspect of the design and testing phase. While we may all find items that we want to improve (sound, power, etc), Porsche is building a product that WILL function in extreme conditions at the highest levels of performance.

But I'm still not going to re-enact the boiling hot water on frozen headlamps test...
