991 hood emblem removed
Just for the archives. Here is the 991 inset hood emblem (shield) removed. The fastener for one of the sides is on my fingertips. The weirdness is the compound used so the nut doesn't put pressure on the paint. Feels like a lead caulk. The fastener screws on the pegs. Can be removed and replaced without expending fasteners.

(obviously a black car, not mine)

Crazy - the pics makes it look like your car has a chrome finish.

Guys, as my post says, NOT MY CAR.

But it was removed to install a clear mask. (again - NOT MY CAR - I was just the hand model )
