That is a awesome video!
Last year I did something like that in my (previous) C4S with some buddies on a frozen lake with a figure 8 track... man that was fun!!

Hehehe I wish someone would've taken some video or pics, damn.
It must have looked crazy to people driving by up top (where the road was) to see 2 Porsches, 1 Lambo and a R8 go crazy on the ice hehehe

It beats ice fishing for sure!

This pic describes it best hahahaha

No time delays but... if wanted them painted (which I did!) then there would be.
Soooo I figured I'll just have them painted at the same time as the rear valance (dark-ish platinum silver).
That way there's no wait, I get a perfect match and it'll cost way less than the outrageous $2400,- plus tax they are charging for just the paint (wheels are another $1550,- + tax)...

The real reason I changed my mind on the sport classic is that the techo's are half an inch wider so the Michelin 335's I planning to put on in the back will be a good match.

I CAN"T WAIT!!

Talk about customizations ....can't wait to see the day with your baby updated with all of custom stuff!!

Gotcha on the choice of technos...it makes all the sense now

Btw, are all similar wheels the same size on base/S/4S but different tire size? I've always wondered about that....

Yep all the other C4S's rear wheels are 11" with 305's on them except for the Chrono which are 11,5" but also with 305's so the tires on the 11" wheel will actually look a bit "fuller" as it will protrude a bit more over the rim (I actually like it better like that).

The idea is that the 335's will give me just a bit more of that side profile look plus ofcourse the wider rear view and fill out the wheel well by an extra 9mm.

Sid - my bad for not being clear. Question is whether or not classic/technos wheels are the same 20" rims as in base/S/4/4S models or not? Only the difference in tires, correct?

Ahh, gotcha. It's up north east for me. Interesting to see 4S being $1K over the 4...hmm....

Oh man I knew those decades in Amsterdam would catch up to me.
I'm totally confused... are you talking about the rims on the wheels or rims as in being the wheels?

I'm confused myself

I guess rims as in being the wheels.

Obviously I'm not very well versed in this area

If you take Carerra classic rear wheel on, say, c2S with 295 tire...is it the same wheel on c4S but with 305 rear tire on it?
