I bought one of the launch 991S cars 3 weeks ago. It came well equipped except for the basic sound system. After getting past the absolute thrill of the new car, PDK, exhaust, Sport Plus etc.. I am bumbled out about the stereo. Is there any upgrade package (plug and play speakers, sub woofer etc..) that can be installed with the system to give it life. It is killing me...

 

In my experience the best Porsche OEM sound system is about equal to a mid level after market, so you may have done yourself a favor. It is pretty early yet as the cars were just released in the last month or two, but soon the aftermarket will have systems that are far superior to the OEM. Talk to some local high end shops and see what they have to offer.
