Not sure I agree. Any residual approaching 60% is pretty good. 50% is more typical after 3 yrs, although 10k miles is a bit on the skimpy side. Also, the mf equivalent to 4.8% isn't too bad, as money factors don't usually get down into the 2 or 3% range as special purchase financing deals do.
