http://www.marinetraffic.com info currently shows last update of May 4, off the coast of New York, pointed east. Are there sometimes gaps in the info, or am I doing something wrong?

We dropped off the car back at the factory (Euro Delivery) last week of April, and tracking a ship dot on the ocean would at least provide some entertainment during the wait...

Once the vesel is out of range of land it is no longer visible on those marine traffic sites. It usually takes 7-10 days to cross the atlantic, so give it a few days.

 

Are you sure you didn't pick up my car by mistake?

Ocean Highway is in range -- threading the needle between Scotland and the Orkney Islands at the moment.

She is headed for "DEEME", which I believe is Emden.

Any other 6 member Porsches scheduled to go with this ship?

 

It's identical from the side (but that may be where it ends as this old retired guy doesn't have the budget he might like).
