higb987 is infamous around these parts
where in VA may i ask? ive been lucky for the past 18 months. no front plate tickets. When I had my subaru's I would average one every 10 months.

Central Virginia (richmond area) but I have been ticketed/stopped in NoVa as well.

I epoxied them on the inside of the front bumper and on the plate holder.
