foot tapping....

I ordered PSE from Suncoast last week. They indicated a few were avail. in Germany and that it takes 2-3 weeks to get it in. I hope the August break doesn't extend the delivery time.

I spoke to my local dealer about the install and we're on the same page ($). I can't wait! These videos all sound great, particularly the overrun popping and crackling.

The 991 exhaust is different from the 997.2 completely, but I did notice on my last car 09' 3.6 manual that when I added the sport exhaust I got a little boost in top end. I think since the 3.8 came with dual exhaust, there were no power gains for S cars going to PSE, but the stock 3.6 997.2 exhaust I think was more restrictive than PSE. I wonder if the same thing applies to the 991. My 3.4's exhaust is one pipe into the tip, whereas the 991S has two pipes on each side leading into the tips. Perhaps that explains why PSE is $500 more for the 3.4 - because there is hardware in the 3.4 kit that is already on the 3.8?

The BMC filters are less for this car ($144 at Vivid). I think I may have them dropped in when they do the exhaust. Can't hurt right...

My understanding was that there is no performance gain for the 991 S, only a small gain for non S variant
