I have my mind set on the new 991 and am contemplating the seat selection. I have an RS60 with power sport seats at this time.

The question? has anyone compared the new sport seats to the sport seats plus and if so what was your preference?

I have been to the dealer and all they have is the standard sport seats.

I had the sport seats plus in my 997 and now just the standard sport seats. I have no problem with the sport seats.

My first Porsche had sports seats plus then I went to sport seats for my next one. I actually prefer the sport seats. I feel they don't crowd my shoulders as much. And I'm not a big guy.

sport seats plus are sport seats.

dont let the nomenclature fool you, the sport seats plus is what u want.. they are full leather as well, i've had 5 foot 90lb girls in them and 6'7" 270lb friends in them and everyone says they love em, including myself.

 

That is kind of what I am thinking. I really like the sport seats in my RS60 but don't use the side bolster adjustments much.

Does anyone now how the new sport seats plus differ from the older sport seats? They look very similar.
