My new Guards Red 991
Thanks - I love the 991 in Guards Red. My 997 was Meteor Gray and I constantly told my wife that it was too conservative and dull - not "in you face" enough. This time I was went for a more flashy classic Porsche color.
The car is a 7 speed manual with Premium, Bose, Sport Chrono, sunroof and the 20" platinum finish wheels. It turned quite a few heads on the way home from the dealer.

Did you get PASM?

guards red 991....................
very nice..................991 still looks very Japanese...............370Z-esque to me. I think the 997 will be considered one of the benchmark 911's...................
Thanks - It's a 2012 that was in stock at the dealer for a bit of time giving me some leverage to negotiate for a SIZEABLE discount off MSRP.
awesome RED!!!!
All these electronic faults at delivery are starting to raise an eyebrow...this is probably the third similar post I've read on the interweb, and the C2S PDK I test drove on July 4th had an airbag fault.

Concur, although I would just remove the word electronic in respect for the transmission that only made it a few miles and the relief valve that put my car down after 700. That doesn't change my opinion that the car is operationally genius but I expect more of Germans in general and Porsche in particular.

OP. Good luck. Nice color combo.

This is a problem with all first year new model cars, MB, BMW, and Porsche are no exceptions. That why I like to wait a year and let them work out all the problems.
